Indexing & Quality Assurance

Indexing verifies the number of documents in a file and places them in a simple hierarchy to create an electronic “file cabinet” for your records. We bring order to your document hierarchy where there may have been none. Our quality assurance process verifies that captured data has been scanned and indexed properly while guaranteeing the quality of scanned images. This assures an easily searchable, secure electronic document for future retrieval and use.
